Quality Assurance Department Expansion into new Lab

We’ve added a new and larger lab to make room for our new OGP SmartScope Flash 500. This state of the art inspection machine allows super high precision (2.5 + 5 L/1000) um automated measurement with “vision” lens accuracy along with “laser scanning”. Equipped with 4 position programmable tool changing “touch trigger probes” and newly released Measuremind 3D/ Zone 3 multisensory metrology software allowing sophisticated metrology “preprogramming” from a 3D database model enabling us to provide first article inspection or PPAP reports within minutes after the part is made.
