Production Floor Addition

Injection Molding capacity increases with the addition of 2 more Nissei hybrid injection molding machines, an 80 Ton and 110 Ton presses. Machines are equipped with the latest technology, interfaced with our IQMS real time process monitoring system and equipped with robots for automation. Hybrid machines realize a 40% energy savings compared to conventional hydraulic type machines. We also have increased our resin drying capacity with the addition of new drying technology. Resin drying that normally takes 4 hours now will take only 45 minutes allowing for quicker product testing and decreased turnaround time.
