EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO BRING YOUR IDEAS TO LIFE

DESIGN SUPPORT

Our engineering team brings decades of experience in plastic injection molding. When needed, we’re ready with expert consultation and design support. We’re fully equipped with Solidworks CAD stations and 3D printing for rapid tooling and prototyping capability to ensure a quick program launch. Our value-added services include design for manufacturability (DFM), part integrity assurance, process optimization and ease of secondary operations.

MOLD MAKING

We place the latest technology at the fingertips of highly skilled moldmakers and craftsmen. Through SolidWorks terminals, we make or use your 3D models for CNC programming, for both EDM and CNC fabrication. When needs or lead times dictate, we subcontract mold building to partners based domestically and in Asia. Whether made in-house or by our partners, we oversee the entire process and guarantee your satisfaction.

INJECTION MOLDING

We produce all plastic injection, clean room, insert and overmolding in our 42,000-square-foot facility in Fife, WA. Our 13 presses range from 88 to 507 tons with shot capacity ranging from 3.5 ounces to 4.8 pounds. We use a variety of resins from ultra-high-performance engineering resins to commodity resins. All injection molding machines feature real-time IQMS process monitoring.

ASSEMBLY

We provide cost-effective solutions that achieve desired results. Our value-added secondary services include sub-assembly, kitting, ultra-sonic welding, pad printing, heat staking, clean-room assembly and automation. We support our people with on-site video assembly instructions, raising confidence and quality.
