Injection Molding Capacity Increases Again

Injection Molding capacity increases again with the addition of 2 more Nissei hybrid injection molding machines, 140 Ton and 460 Ton presses. These machines are equipped with the latest technology, interfaced with our IQMS real time process monitoring system and robots for automation. Hybrid machines realize a 40% energy savings compared to conventional hydraulic type machines. Installation of the 140 Ton to be August with the 460 Ton in October.
