Going Deep in to ‘Industry 4.0’ on Behalf of Our Customers and Community

GlobalTech Plastics was thrilled to serve as a Gold Sponsor of the 2019 CAMPS Manufacturing Conference held today at Bellevue’s Meydenbauer Center. The event brought together 200 representatives of companies and organizations from across the region who are joining forces to make manufacturing in the Puget Sound stronger than ever.

The conference theme this year is “Industry 4.0”—the name given to a growing trend in which manufacturers are embracing automation and data exchange to deliver greater value to customers.

Ron Dean, Business Development Manager, and Richard Hines, Sales Coordinator, have spent the day networking with other companies as well as new talent that is enthusiastic to find careers in industry. We’ve visited with students enrolled in Clover Park Technical College’s Mechatronics Program and with transitioning veterans who are enrolled in CAMPS’ Military-to-Manufacturing (M2M) Program to get help finding their next career.
